HOW TO USE A YOONER?
POSITION
Sit down with the handle between your legs. Spread your legs slightly apart and your feet flat on the snow. You will be able to balance and control your speed.
TURNING
Beginner:
Let the Yooner glide slowly with your feet flat on the ground to help you stabilize. Keep both hands on the handle and lean your chest in the direction that you would like to go. The upper body remains almost vertical.
Experienced:
Keep one hand on the handle; hold your other hand out on the side where you want to turn (until you are touching the snow) and lean into the turn.

BRAKING
Use the edge of the ski by keep turning until you are gliding across the hill. You will eventualy slow down and stop like skiing.

Follow the Snow Code at all times.

YOONER ON THE CHAIRLIFT
BEFORE BOARDING:
Put the waist strap in place. You must be attached to the Yooner via the strap (leash) in order to avoid any risk of the device falling off the chairlift during ascent. This strap is placed around the user's waist and attached to the Yooner.

BOARDING:
Hold the Yooner with one hand. Look back and sit on the chairlift. Keep the Yooner away from you until the bar is lowered. The safety bar on chairlift can be different by design. So once your Yooner is out of the way (in front of you), lower the bar and make sure the Yooner doesn't obstruct the bar. Once the bar is lower, rest the Yooner on your knees or feets for the ride or just hold it.

LANDING:
Make sure the strap is not tangle and blocking the bar. Raise the bar. Walk straight off as quickly as possible on landing, leaving the arrival platform free for other lift users.

FOR THE DESCENT:
We recommend unclipping the safety strap when riding the Yooner down the slopes.

YOONER ON PUMA OR TBAR

BOARDING:
Move quickly in place and grab the puma/Tbar - Place it in the Yoolift. Then grab the Yoolift like a handlebar.
Ride the Puma/Tbar- Your weight should be carried by the Yoolift.
